We don’t believe in anything but complete disclosure when it comes to the crunch – put simply: our quotes include everything – to the last penny and pound. Absolutely no nasty shocks come the time to invoice, guaranteed.

We’re amongst a select few London based companies to offer 1 minute charging. This means that after the first charged hour, we’ll only bill you by the minute, rather than rounding it up to the nearest hour. This proves to be a real money saver time and time again for those jobs that may otherwise go just beyond the hour.

Domestic properties:

• Our standard rate is £120 per hour (Mon – Fri from 8am to 5pm).
• After 6pm week day £140 per hour.
• Saturday and Sunday £140 per hour.
• There is £35 charge if we have to go to plumbing merchant to obtain the parts.
• We do not add any % to parts from our van stock.

Commercial properties:

• Our standard rate £165 per hour (Mon – Fri from 8am to 5pm).
• After 6pm week day £180 per hour.
• Saturday and Sunday £180 per hour.
• There is £30* charge if we have to go to plumbing merchant to obtain the parts.
• We do not add any % to parts from our van stock.

All prices are inclusive of VAT at 20%
